Background
Prior to working with Diversity Marketplace our company was at the compliance stage of the ED&I journey.
Our company wanted to implement a training programme covering all levels within our organisation whereby Employees, Management & Leadership teams could come together in group sessions and benefit from a Face 2 Face ED&I experience. We wanted everyone to benefit by increasing their knowledge & skills; however, also to build & develop our company’s vision whereby we all can embrace and embed ED&I within our culture and feel comfortable being ourselves.
Training
Our company received ½ day ‘Creating a Culture of Inclusion’ workshops which were CPD Certified which were both knowledgeable but engaging and relevant to all our employees.
Support
We received a high level of knowledge & commitment from Diversity Marketplace to support us as both Gamiel and Hannah still provide both formal and informal ongoing support to our company.
Impact
Our employees have given us valuable feedback from the 12 ED&I group sessions to date with ideas to continue to embed ED&I and the response was really encouraging.
