Diversity Online
Welcome to Diversity Online
Diversity Online is our comprehensive online Diversity, Equity & Inclusion information hub.
This resource represents three years of dedicated development – two years building the foundation and an additional year refining the content to create the exceptional platform you see today.
Diversity Online organises essential DEI content by different diversity strands, creating an intuitive navigation experience. Take neurodiversity, for example. This section begins with a thorough introduction, flows into a detailed glossary of terms, and provides practical do’s and don’ts for engaging with neurodiversity. From there, you’ll find specific information about conditions including autism, dyspraxia, ADHD, and Tourette’s.
Each diversity strand follows a consistent, thoughtful structure that includes legal information, business case documentation, relevant statistics, identified barriers to inclusion, and examples of good practice. We’ve incorporated an intersectionality component that not only examines connections within each diversity strand (such as the relationships between autism and dyspraxia) but also explores how these intersect across other diversity dimensions.
Every section includes links to supportive organisations that can provide additional assistance, alongside accessible pre-learning resources available to anyone with access to the platform.
What makes Diversity Online truly special is that every element has been carefully curated. Each image throughout the platform is unique, and every piece of content—whether it’s a podcast, TED Talk, video, document, or LinkedIn post—has been specifically selected as the best information available on that topic. All of this is accessible 24/7, 365 days a year.
Beyond neurodiversity, Diversity Online covers age, disability, gender, race, religion and belief, sexual orientation, and social mobility—providing a complete picture of diversity dimensions.
We developed this platform in response to a consistent need we observed among our clients, training participants, and even friends seeking reliable DEI information. Diversity Online now serves tens of organisations, allowing them to share knowledge throughout their companies and connect DEI learning to their inclusion calendars. For example, when organisations celebrate International Women’s Day with internal promotions and panel discussions, Diversity Online provides staff with deeper context about the ongoing challenges women face.
This platform empowers management and helps organizations grow their knowledge and experience in reducing barriers to inclusion across all diversity strands while implementing proven best practices.
